EuroLeague clarifies where the 2026 Final-Four will be held

The venue for the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four has not yet been decided. However, OAKA has become the number one candidate for the 2026 Final Four after Athens made a remarkable bid.

Goran Grbovic, General Manager of the 18,500-seat Belgrade Arena in Serbia, spoke to Sport Klub about the Final Four process.

Grbovic said that EuroLeague president Dejan Bodiroga "suggested that the Final Four be held in Belgrade":

"So far, EuroLeague has held two Executive Board meetings about where the Final Four will be held. I know that Dejan Bodiroga, the president of EuroLeague, was in favor of holding the Final Four in Belgrade at the last meeting. He even proposed that the Final Four be held in Belgrade. However, then OAKA got involved. In addition to 2026, we also applied for the 2027 Final Four. Of course, economic factors are important here. Despite everything, I am optimistic that the 2026 Final Four will be organized in Belgrade."
