The French side, AS Monaco, began the final strong with their starting five of Mike James, Matthew Strazel, Alpha Diallo, Daniel Theis, and Jaron Blossomgame. They quickly established an early lead, surging to a 13-4 advantage. However, Fenerbahçe, led by Devon Hall, Marko Guduric, Bonzie Colson, Nigel Hayes-Davis, and Khem Birch in their starting lineup, steadily brought the game back into contention. While Monaco briefly threatened a comeback, cutting the deficit to a single point (41-42), Fenerbahçe maintained control.
